Pradizer Adeus (short one) by Sonic Affairs
This is a kind of double remix. Grażyna Auguścik put her version of Sergio Mendes' "Pradizer Adeus" into her album called "The Light". I loved her version particularily because it was not as obvious as one could except from the Mendes' Brazillian bossa-nova. Unfortunately I found her band playing it live in a really simple manner and those live versions seems not to have any magic I did hear on "The Light". Anyway I decided to re-remix this really bautiful track into something different again and the result is above.
The reason I put it here now is some echoes of this whistling tune you heard above. I liked it and decided recently to share it with my friends from Polish band "Strefa Zero" which are about to release their debut CD this month. The bonus track on their CD is going to be my remix of Janis Joplin's "Mercedes Benz" sung by Kasia of Strefa Zero. The whistling tune form "Pradizer Adeus" deliberately comes back in the end of "Mercedes Benz" remix :)

An interlude from the forthcoming "Norwid Project" CD
:: hi there
so it came to me that the 'Sonic Affairs' was the right choice.
I mean the name, not the project itself since the project had always been quite obvious ;)
those clubs always been too posh for regular people, right? right.
no wonder regular people decided to claim one for their own.
yes, 'Regular People' was another option for the band's name -
but it seemed the only regular one here was me, so it just wouldn't fit.
